One of Pelirocco’s main attractions is our late night cocktail bar, serving classic tipples and our homemade creations to guests, regulars and the occasional rockstar.
Every now and then, we discover or create new additions that we feel would be right at home on our menu. Hotel Pelirocco recently teamed up with Auchentoshan Scotch Whisky, who now sponsor our monthly comedy night ‘Funny Fursdays’. A fantastic addition to our new menu is the ‘Forest Fig’, a blend of Auchentoshan Three Wood, fresh lemon, figs, brandy and a few other liquid secrets, that makes it a fantastic sweet and smokey creation.
We recently ran a competition with our loyalty club members asking them to name our new fruity addition oozing with Kraken Rum. Named by Rocco Regular Richard, ‘The Titan’ is a tropical toxic tipple that should transport you from Brighton to Barbados by the time you reach the end of the glass.
Local company Brighton Gin have taken the South Coast by storm with their small batch creation. We teamed up with these botanical pioneers to create a treat for your taste buds. We wanted to emulate Brighton in a glass and came up with ‘The Palace Pier’ using homemade Parma Violet Stolichinya Vodka (Violet Queen flowers are a favourite in Brighton Pavillions Gardens!) blended with our ever-so-English homemade Brighton Cucumber Gin. With a few extras such as fresh lemon, we believe this is the perfect drink to welcome in the summer evenings.
