Choose your options and return to Pelirocco with more than a week before your event, thank you

starter dishes

– smoked chicken with pancetta, endive & rocket salad, toasted pine nuts
– fig, caramelised red onion and blue cheese tart with rocket salad and tomato dressing
– tea smoked salmon with elderflower and cucumber dressing and beetroot

main course

– locally caught mackerel and organic beetroot salad with new potatoes
– pork fillet with sage butter, pressed pork belly & apple & red chicory tarte tatin
– free range chicken breast roasted with thyme, sauteed potato, wild garlic & smoked tomato dressing
– pea risotto with cress & parmesan

dessert dishes

– cinnamon & port braised pear with bavarian cream, toasted hazelnuts
– dark chocolate and hazelnut brownie with orange set cream and cherries
– crème brûlée with marinated raspberries and shortbread
