Just a stone’s throw from the beach, a short walk from the station, directly over a large NCP car park and minutes from the buzz of Brighton, the location could not be better.
We have two different rooms available both highly individually decorated as is the rest of the building, one large and one small, each has large bay windows overlooking Regency Square down to the seafront and can be completely private.
They can be hired for a half day, full day or combined with accommodation in any of our 19 uniquely designed, themed bedrooms.
You can choose from;
- buffet style to private dining from our in-house caterers
- massage and spa treatments,
- cocktail classes
- DJ using our collection of classic records!

Seating in this spacious area can be configured in several way to fit your type of meeting. Cabaret-style round tables suit smaller groups to chat and work together, whilst theatre-style seating or long boardroom-style tables are ideal for presentations and screenings.
The lounge is perfect for any smaller staff teams or breakout groups.
Hire of both rooms enables simultaneous activities such as presentations or discussions for the core of the staff in one with a focus group for smaller teams or one to ones in the other.

All reception staff will be happy to help with any specific needs for large or small groups, from a couple of hours room only hire for two to full catering, activities and accommodation for 24!
Our sumptuous lunches for Day Delegates guarantee your afternoon’s work will be productive!
As well as 3 tea/coffee breaks with biscuits in the morning and cake in the afternoon, for lunch you can help yourselves to a cold buffet spread of freshly cut sandwiches, hearty salads plus assorted dips & crudites, rounded off with a cheeky dessert and plenty of fruit.
If you prefer, choose a hot main instead or even a 3 course meal!
Still and sparkling mineral water is readily available all day.
Our in-house caterer tailors menus for all dietary requirements (veggie, vegan, gluten-free etc) using the freshest ingredients from Sussex, with suppliers including local stars like the Real Patisserie and The Brighton Sausage Company.
And of course,our infamous Full English Breakfasts will kick-start your next working day if you stay with us! And if you’re not working, well…reviving Bloody Mary’s are available!
For colleagues coming from afar delight them with any of our 19 themed bedrooms!
