Small double bedroom dedicated to performance artist Leigh Bowery

The room reflects his eccentric costumes and was decorated by his wife Nicola Bowery

Featuring original artwork, bold colours and plenty of character this is a small but cheerful, cosy attic room

En-suite bathroom contains a small bath with shower. As the eve’s wall curves over the bathroom please be aware this bathroom can be difficult to access for taller people. But its cosy and has bath, shower and toilet so serves all options.

Would still highly recommend

Fourth visit, and I’m still loving it. The staff are friendly and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. The breakfasts are still absolutely wonderful- the Full English is perfectly cooked and not greasy or heavy. This was my second stay in the Bowery Room, which I love (might not be suitable for taller people as there’s a sloping roof, mind), and I’ve previously stayed in Do Knit Disturb and Vader’s Quarters. The whole place is unique and brilliant and I hope they’re in business for many years to come. See you guys soon!
