We’ve just had the pleasure of welcoming back regular guest, the talented Liv Day, who stayed in her favourite room, Nookii. She presented us with her gorgeous tiny creation, a working replica of the room itself – with glowing bedside lights, doors that open to the shower and even the kinky metal bed that work as stocks (for the adventurous!)
As well as a miniature Nookii, Liv has so far made; the Bar (with miniscule Brennan and Burch wallpaper!), Tropical Paradise, Rebel Rebel, Koibito, Lovers Lair and the bathroom, as well as the whole front of the hotel. Her next project is the Taboo Room.

Look out for photos from the launch of a new brew about to happen, Ground Control Coffee Porter flavoured with beans from other local business Craft House Coffee.
Bedlam have a beer launch party, with tickets at £5, at their brewery in Lewes for this and also the scarily named Salem Red Ale on 28th October.
Price includes a free drink, there’s snacks available from Dirty Mac and this will please all Dracula fans, the event is to support The Sussex Bat Group.

The Dirty F***ing Rotter cocktail was designed especially for us by one of our legendary bartenders waaay back in the day!
It’s a delicious blend of Makers Mark bourbon with sexy Chambord liqueur, made tart with fresh lemon and spicy Fentimans ginger beer.
The moniker alludes to when the cheeky young Sex Pistols, goaded by Bill Grundy, obligingly swore on his show in 1976.
